Recorder Moore’s accomplishments are numerous.
Converted microfilmed documents images to digital images
For all documents that date back to 1985 and in the process of
Going back further to 1970.  Imaged all tract book information held by the Recorder’s office.

Implemented a state of the art cashiering system and a more effective accounting system.  The office now boasts the most in-depth interne access site in the state of Illinois powered by a SQL advanced database system.  Documents can also be recorded electronically in Cook County thanks to the efforts of Recorder Moore.

Recorder Moore’s vision for the Cook County Recorder of Deeds office to maximize its efficiency, not only in service to the public, but in service to the title industry and the business community at large; in addition to making the office a standard of excellence and a standard of professionalism.

As the Committeeman for 13 communities, Committeeman Moore has done the following;

     Delivered the vote for the Democratic Party in Proviso Township

   Organized voter registration drives to support Democratic Candidates

    Worked with Law Enforcement and the Legislature to alleviate property
         and consumer fraud in Proviso Township

    Worked with the Cook County Clerk’s Office of Election Judge Training
         Unit to guarantee an orderly election process

    Hosted property tax information seminars with the Cook County Board
         of Review to help Proviso residents in lowering their real estate taxes

    Worked to locate a satellite office of the States Attorney Office in
        Proviso Township

    Monthly provided township residents free civil legal consultations

    Sponsored community events such as toy drives, summer picnics,
         school supply and Holiday turkey giveaways, coat drives, and
         Hurricane Relief efforts

    Sponsored and donated to youth sports teams, school programs,
         community organizations, senior clubs, and scholarship funds
